DIRECTIONS:  Peavine to Left on Catoosa Blvd. for 1 Mile to Left on Trentwood Dr. for .3 Miles to Right on Pineridge Loop.

Join MAYS this weekend at a lovely Lake Dartmoor home.

Be sure to wear your good walking shoes. 

Both Pineridge Loop and the driveway are steep and challenging.

We have staged 2 levels of this gracious home.

You will find beautifully maintained furnishings, household goods, tools and crafts!

PARKING

*  Park on the EVEN SIDE of Pineridge Loop, across the street from the sale.

*  Absolutely NO PARKING on the Driveway!

*****Pineridge Loop is a long loop that begins and ends on Trentwood DR.  Do Not Turn Around on Pineridge Loop.  After you leave the sale, please continue on Pineridge Loop to the other end of Trentwood DR.***** 

* Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

* Park in the direction of travel.

* Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

* TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on SUNDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to shop safely.

   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
