DIRECTIONS:  Peavine to Right on Westchester Drive for 1 Mile to Right on St. George Dr. for 1 Mile to Right on Sherwood Circle. 

ALTERNATE DIRECTIONS:  Peavine to Right on Second Snead DR to Left on St George PL .2 mi. to Right on St. George DR .3 mi. to Right on Sherwood Circle.

Remember to wear your walking shoes!  There is a steep driveway!

We have 2 motorcycles and a pontoon boat for sale!

As well as lots of CDs and other household items.

PARKING 

   * There is lots of parking at the end of Sherwood CIR. 

   *Please park on the EVEN side of Sherwood CIR. 

   * Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

   * Park in the direction of travel.

 

   * Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

   * TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on THURSDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to shop safely.   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
